Form to request places for Keyworker children

Dear Parents/Carers,

Following the Prime Minister's statement this evening, Clarendon Infant School will be closed from Tuesday 5th January to all pupils who do not fall into the Key Worker or Vulnerable groups.

Please do not send your child to school tomorrow unless they were in the 'original Keyworker/vulnerable lockdown' groups which ran last summer.

If your child had a Keyworker school place during the first lockdown, and you are still within the group guidelines, we will expect them in tomorrow.

If your child is currently in Nursery or Reception and you feel you are eligible for a keyworker place, please contact school tomorrow.  Please do not bring your Nursery or Reception child to school until a place has been confirmed.

If your child is in Y1 or Y2 and you feel that your position has changed and you have become a member of the Keyworker or vulnerable groups, please also contact the school tomorrow (Tuesday 5th January) and we will review the situation.  Again, please do not send your child until a place has been confirmed.

Needless to say we apologise for the late notice and thank you for your cooperation and understanding in these extremely difficult times.
